Hi,

Just bought the Cleanmate 365 QQ-1 about a month ago. Now I don't for what reason it immediately go in reverse when you switch on the unit even before pressing the start button and it keep going reverse even when you press the start button. Whats wrong with the unit? My location is in Malaysia.
