Q: What to do if the vacuum only runs for 5 minutes ?

Answer:

Manually charge the battery for three days then run the vacuum until its power is fully being consumed. Repeat above procedure for two - three times. If there is still problem after 2-3 times of trials, then contact Metapo Technical Support Center.
