Can't charge, only clicks

Hi,
I bought a QQ2 Basic online, supposedly new, no charger. I bought a replacement charger (22V, 1A) to charge it. When I plug it in, it just clicks, no lights come on, no nothing. Help! I'd like to use my robot.
